Textile & Raw Materials

Sadadekar Group primarily deals in Indenting for Import-Export of Natural and Man-Made Fibres and yarns (Cotton, Blended, Polyester, Nylon and Rayon), Textile raw materials such as Chips (Polyester, Nylon & PP), PET bottle flakes, PTA, DMT, MEG, Plastic Raw materials and Chemicals (Cashew nut shell liquid, Cardanol, etc)

With our varied experience in the textile industry, we have helped many overseas textile companies to promote their products in India, some of which have grown to become well known brands in the Indian textile market. We continue to supply superior quality man-made fibres and yarns from leading manufacturers in Japan, China, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia, to our customers all over India. We have been trained under the Japanese and Korean manufacturers for new products and their applications.

Along with our overseas associates, we also assist many leading Indian textile companies to market their products worldwide. Infact, we are pioneers for promoting many new manmade and synthetic yarns for import and export.

We are acting as agents for polyester fiber and filament yarn manufacturers, for the domestic sale and export of polyester yarn products (POY and FDY). We also assist our several suppliers in regularly exporting Cotton yarns, Blended yarns, Polyester yarns (POY, FDY and PTY) and Viscose filament yarn (VFY) from India.

Minerals & Ores

We have started export marketing of Bauxite ore from our associate mines in Maharashtra and can regularly supply superior quality metallurgical and cement grade bauxite. For this purpose, we also have an exclusive marketing tie up with the Lavgan port- Jaigad, Ratnagiri district on the West coast of the state of Maharashtra.

We also have tie ups with several iron ore mines in Western India for export of iron ore fines and lumps.

We have also recently received exclusive mandate to promote imported coking and thermal coal  from our suppliers’ mines in Australia, Indonesia and Vietnam, to Indian companies.

Food Products

Our group company, Sadadekar International is actively involved in the Indenting and trading of processed food products. We can offer for export the best quality products from our suppliers, at the most competitive rates.

We have an associate processing unit at Narayangaon (Maharashtra), from where we can supply mango pulp (Alphonso and Totapuri), tomato puree and any other fruit pulp.

We can also offer for export, processed cashew kernels in regular supply from our contract processors in India. We specialise in Cashew and Mango products and can assure you of the best quality products at the most competitive prices.

Construction & Estate Services

Sadadekar Group has also recently diversified into Construction related services and along with its associates, and can offer specialized services. We have a team of qualified Architects, Engineers, Government Registered Valuers and other Construction professionals who can offer:- Architectural Designing services, Municipal Liasoning, Property valuation and arbitration, Interior Design, Property related services (Registration, stamp duty, etc) and Maintenance & Repairs of properties

History

The foundation of the Sadadekar Group was laid in 1991, when Mr. Chandrakant Sadadekar with the support of Mrs. Leena Sadadekar, established M/s Laxmi Narayan Corporation, to act as indenting agents for the Overseas fiber and yarn manufacturers, who were keen on marketing their products in the Indian Market.

With his varied experience of 28 years, in the textile industry, Mr Chandrakant Sadadekar helped many overseas textile companies to promote their products in India; some of which are well known brands in the textile industry.

With the advent of time, Nippondo Corporation was setup to look after the export marketing of Indian textile products. The Company tied up with leading textile companies in India and worked as its overseas agents for various markets around the world.

Over the years, the Sadadekar Group has diversified into different product lines such as Minerals & Ores, Food Products and Construction services to cater to the demands of its varied customers in India and Overseas.
